EZ Pools is looking for diligent, hard-working employees to work at a warehouse williamstown NJ. With our growing e-commerce business for various pool chemicals and pool equipment, we're looking for packaging experts. EZ Pools will provide a warehouse management system, to ensure 100% accuracy in picking, stocking, and shipping items to our customers.

Pay:

Starting at $18/hr.

Bonus:

If all employees achieve perfection in sending the orders on time, and the right items hourly wages will be increased.

Duties:

• Pack items into designated containers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Seal containers and label them appropriately
• Load and unload items from delivery trucks or shipping containers
• Stock shelves and keep inventory organized
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent organizational skills to keep track of inventory and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
