Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Beef Jerky and Beef Sticks Packaging Associate! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring that our delicious meat snacks are packaged efficiently, accurately, and safely. Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment including automated and manual machinery to package beef jerky and beef sticks according to product specifications and quality standards Interpret manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documents to ensure accurate packaging processes Conduct material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing packaging materials and finished products within the warehouse or production area Perform mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery to resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime Follow safety standards in production environments by adhering to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and heavy lifting techniques Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging station in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations Requirements Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or food production environment is highly preferred Knowledge of

GMP, FDA

regulations, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards applicable to food manufacturing Familiarity with packaging equipment, industrial machinery troubleshooting, and assembly processes Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and quality checks Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment operation and troubleshooting Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus Strong adherence to safety standards in production settings with a focus on safety protocol compliance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Packaging Associate and be part of a passionate team dedicated to producing high-quality beef snacks!
