Job Description
Job Summary The Meat Stick Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the production of beef sticks. This role ensures product quality, food safety, and efficient production in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor meat stick processing equipment (mixers, stuffers, smokehouses, etc.) Ensure proper product formulation, portioning, and consistency Perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments to maintain optimal performance Follow all food safety (HACCP), USDA, and company quality standards Inspect product for quality, including texture, size, and appearance Accurately complete production logs and documentation Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) Assist with equipment cleaning and sanitation during changeovers Report any equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors promptly Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
