ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Removes inferior eggs such as leakers or dirty eggs when identified as they pass over a lighted section of the candler machine; packs eggs; stamps and labels cases of finished product; and other duties as assigned. Check inside cartons of stamped eggs to ensure a good quality stamp.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
No prior experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Company policies, product labels, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract four digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 30s and 60s.
REASONING ABILITIES
The employee must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. The employee must also be able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
