Overview Floral Genius is the only U.S. manufacturer of handcrafted metal flower holders—also known as kenzans or flower frogs. We are a small, family-owned business dedicated to preserving the tradition of sustainable floral mechanics through thoughtful, durable craftsmanship. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly & Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role includes assembling our signature Hairpin Holders by hand-setting metal pins, as well as assembling and packaging product kits such as floral putty and candle ring kits. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can maintain an efficient pace while paying close attention to detail.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm Key Responsibilities Hand-set metal pins into Hairpin Holders with accuracy and consistency. Assemble and package product kits according to established procedures. Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments when needed. Maintain a consistent production pace while meeting quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and properly handle tools and materials. Keep workstations clean, organized, and well stocked. Assist with additional manufacturing, packaging, and production tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required.
