At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Data Power and Control Team supporting our Kratos business. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for supplier strategy, cost, risk, performance, and day-to-day execution. The position partners within Kratos and DPC to ensure supply continuity, improve sourcing performance, and support growth at the lowest total cost of ownership. What Will You Do? Develop and execute sourcing strategies for commodities and suppliers, to support Kratos business goals for cost, service, and supply continuity Lead supplier development, negotiations, performance management, and corrective actions to improve quality, delivery, and total cost Own LNCA and DPC sourcing KPIs and metrics for Kratos, providing visibility, accountability, and actions to improve performance Collaborate across the DPC business to leverage economies of scale, standardization, and sourcing synergies that drive the lowest total cost of ownership Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and finance to align sourcing decisions with business and customer needs Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers while managing risk related to capacity, continuity, compliance, and geopolitical exposure Support tactical issue resolution for shortages, supplier performance issues, and other supply disruptions as part of the escalation process Use ERP, analytics, and sourcing tools to improve reporting, workflow efficiency, and decision-makingSalary and Benefits:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field is required Project management certification is preferredExperience:
5+ years of supply chain or sourcing experience is requiredPreferred Skills:
Experience in sourcing or supply chain within Legrand, LNCA, or a similar engineered products, electrical infrastructure, or data center environment is preferred Knowledge of supplier performance, quality, compliance, and cross-functional operations is preferred Experience with metals, fabricated components, and cost analysis is preferred Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Smartsheet are required Experience with ERP, digital sourcing, analytics, and AI-enabled tools is preferred Strong communication, organization, and project management skills are required Able to travel up to 20% is required The above Job Description is representative of the responsibilities and qualifications necessary to be successful in this role.
