Full Time SummaryThe Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring transportation and logistics services for DSV. The successful candidate will ensure that all services are procured at the best possible cost, quality, and delivery time, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential transportation and logistics service providersNegotiate rates, terms, and conditions with suppliersManage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual agreementsMonitor supplier performance and take corrective action as necessaryCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop procurement strategiesManage procurement data and maintain accurate recordsProvide reports and analysis to management as needed Educational background / Work experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics procurement, preferably in a global organization Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of procurement best practices and industry trendsProficient in Microsoft Office suite Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fieldProfessional certification in procurement (e.g.
CIPS, CPSM
) Language skillsFluent in English (oral and written) Computer LiteracyProficient in procurement software and toolsKnowledge of ERP systems and data analytics tools is a plus. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
