Job Description
Orbit Consulting Inc is expanding its AT&T Fiber campaign in the Los Angeles area and is looking for an outgoing Client Engagement Associate to join our customer-focused team. The Client Engagement Associate works directly with customers, answers questions, explains AT&T Fiber options, and helps customers find solutions that fit their needs. This is a hands-on customer service and sales role for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and working toward team goals. What You'll Do Connect with customers and introduce AT&T Fiber products and services Explain internet options, features, pricing, speed, and value in a clear way Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, and service questions Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation through follow-up Keep accurate customer and account information Follow up with customers and help resolve questions or concerns Work with the team to reach sales, customer service, and campaign goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers Customer-first attitude with a professional approach Organized and dependable with good attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales and customer service environment Motivated by personal and team performance Interest in sales, customer engagement, account management, or telecommunications Why Join Orbit Consulting Inc?
