What you will do Facilitate engaging new-hire and ongoing training programs for Customer Care team members. Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to help learners build confidence and improve performance. Coordinate and administer assessments to measure knowledge, progress, and training effectiveness. Partner with leadership to keep training materials aligned with current processes, expectations, and business needs. Coordinate training schedules with Recruiting, Customer Care, and other key partners. Gather frontline feedback and identify opportunities to improve training, processes, and the overall customer experience. Stay connected to day-to-day operations so training remains practical, relevant, and reflective of the work our teams actually perform. What we look for High school diploma or equivalent; college degree highly preferred. 3+ years of training and facilitation experience. Knowledge of current and emerging training methods, tools, and delivery techniques. Experience providing coaching and performance feedback, preferably within a contact center environment. Healthcare experience within pharmacy, hospice, durable medical equipment, managed care, or a related field is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment. A proactive, organized, and self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
