Our journey began when my father started his landscaping business, and I joined him during summer days, sparking a lifelong love for transforming landscapes. Today, we are driven by the joy of serving others and bringing their landscaping dreams to life. Here at Big Time Lawn & Home we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic landscape project manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with us as we continue to expand. If you are dedicated, hardworking, and qualified to do the job, we want you! Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Project Manager, working out of Pelham, AL. The Landscape Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activity, including job-site safety, materials and equipment, project progress, crew direction, customer relations, and quality assurance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment and performing a variety of landscape and hardscape tasks, such as laying sod, installing stone pathways and walls, installing plants, hauling and disposal of debris, and other physical tasks. Qualifications Management experience (at least 1-2 years) Experience preforming a wide array of landscape and hardscape tasks Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment, including hand tools, power tools, saws, skid steers, excavators, trenchers, augers, and compactors Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate to heavy loads Thorough understanding of workplace and job-site safety practices Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Previous landscaping, hardscaping, and horticultural experience (3+ years) Driver's license and reliable transportation required
