This role is pivotal in driving project success from inception to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects related to construction services, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals Collaborate with sales teams to develop detailed project proposals, budgets, and timelines using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid Coordinate with project stakeholders—including clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams—to ensure clear communication and project alignment Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation utilizing tools like Primavera and Civil 3D to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings to accurately scope projects and prepare estimates Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and scope adjustments while maintaining compliance with industry standards Monitor project progress on-site through construction site experience; conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is progressing as planned Utilize construction estimating techniques in conjunction with software tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for accurate cost control Maintain detailed documentation of project milestones, schedules, budgets, and communications for transparency and accountability Foster strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates on project status and addressing any issues proactively Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or sales project coordination within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract management Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Hands-on experience on construction sites; familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and legal considerations in construction projects Exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders seamlessly Background in civil engineering or related fields is a plus but not required Effective communication skills to liaise confidently across teams and clients Warm leads & high-quality showroom walk-ins provided Access to a premium luxury showroom to host and close clients in style In-house financing options up to 20 years High-ticket remodeling projects = big commissions
