Contract Role Overview BEPC Inc. is seeking a highly skilled NPD Project Manager to lead and execute new product development initiatives for our client. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in regulated industries who can drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure project excellence, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement project, program, and product structures for new product development, including timelines, budgets, resources, and communication plans. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across dependencies and teams. Drive project quality through risk management, scenario planning, and critical path analysis. Manage project governance processes such as milestone and capacity reviews. Apply hybrid Agile methodologies and coach teams on Agile best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for project and program data, advising leadership on risks and planning strategies. Identify risks, analyze impacts, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams and departments.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business-related field. 6-8 years of project/program management experience in diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries. Experience leading complex new product development and product lifecycle projects. 1-3 years of experience in clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) development, validation, or regulatory submissions. Experience working in regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of design control, phased development processes, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with tools such as Planisware, MS Office, Google Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, ADO, Trello, or LucidChart.
Preferred:
Master's degree in a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies. PMP and/or SAFe certification.
