Project Manager

Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the HVAC and plumbing industry to oversee projects from kickoff through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Direct project execution from kickoff to closeout for plumbing and related construction work.
• Partner with internal departments, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Build and maintain schedules, cost plans, and milestone tracking to support on-time delivery.
• Identify project risks early and take corrective action to address delays, budget concerns, or scope changes.
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, contracts, and change documentation to support accurate project delivery.
• Monitor compliance with applicable safety practices, company standards, and local building requirements.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs to support field operations across active jobs.
• Provide routine status updates, financial visibility, and project reporting to leadership and customers.
• Support permitting, inspections, invoicing, forecasting, and project closeout documentation. Requirements
• At least 1-2 years of project management experience in plumbing, mechanical, or related construction environments.
• Working knowledge of construction project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and other construction documents.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for reporting, coordination, and documentation.
• Familiarity with job costing and project financial tracking is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is beneficial but not mandatory.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
