Construction Concierge Co. is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Site Superintendent to lead construction projects from initial planning through final closeout. This is a full-time, exempt position that blends project management, client communication, financial oversight, and hands-on field leadership. In this role, you won't simply manage a project from behind a desk. You'll stay actively involved in the field, coordinate the people and resources needed to keep work moving, communicate directly with owners and project partners, and take responsibility for delivering a successful project. In This Role, You Will Take ownership of assigned construction projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, preconstruction personnel, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, estimates, and other project information to understand requirements and identify potential issues early. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain an active job-site presence and provide leadership and direction to field personnel and subcontractors. Track progress and make adjustments when field conditions, design changes, weather, material availability, or scheduling conflicts affect the project. Identify and resolve field issues, design questions, constructability concerns, and other challenges before they become larger problems. Keep owners and other project stakeholders informed about progress, upcoming work, decisions, risks, and potential cost or schedule impacts. Lead and participate in owner, design, project, and field meetings. Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, invoices, billing information, and overall financial performance. Manage changes in scope and prepare clear documentation for change orders. Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation. Coordinate punch-list work, inspections, turnover requirements, and final project closeout. Set clear expectations for project teams and promote accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and performance. You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have Five or more years of construction management, project management, or field supervision experience. Experience taking construction projects from planning or preconstruction through completion. A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, scheduling, and job-site operations. The ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, budgets, and other construction documents. Experience coordinating subcontractors, field personnel, materials, and project schedules. The ability to understand and manage the financial side of a project, including budgets, job costs, forecasts, invoices, and change orders. Strong leadership skills and the confidence to set expectations, hold people accountable, and address issues when they arise. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions in changing project conditions. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop productive relationships with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and coworkers. Excellent organization and attention to detail, particularly when managing project documentation and competing priorities. A commitment to safety, quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
