Are you detail-oriented, technically minded, and interested in seeing your drawings become real-world structures? Construction Concierge Co. is looking for a Drafter/Designer to help turn client needs and project concepts into accurate, constructible drawings. In this full-time, salaried nonexempt position , you will primarily support high-end residential projects while building experience in commercial and industrial work. You will collaborate with design, preconstruction, and field teams and can grow your technical knowledge, take ownership of assigned work, and develop broader design and project-coordination skills. In This Role, You Will

• Create preliminary and detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Turn client requirements, sketches, specifications, and project information into clear and accurate construction drawings.
• Develop drawings for foundations, buildings, structures, and interior layouts.
• Update drawings based on client input, project changes, field conditions, code requirements, and feedback from architects and engineers.
• Review your work for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and constructability.
• Work closely with the Preconstruction Team and coordinate with construction personnel, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate design questions, technical concerns, drawing revisions, and project status.
• Participate in project handoff meetings and help provide field teams with the information they need.
• Maintain organized drawing files, project records, and design documentation.
• Expand your knowledge of building codes, construction practices, commercial and industrial projects, and new design technologies. You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have
• Education or coursework in drafting, design technology, architecture, engineering technology, construction, or a related field.
• Drafting, design, construction, preconstruction, project management, or field experience—or the technical aptitude and initiative to begin building that experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit, or the ability and motivation to learn quickly.
• An understanding of construction drawings and basic construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
• The organization and time-management skills to balance assignments and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• A willingness to receive feedback, solve problems, and continue developing your skills.
• Interest in high-end residential design and a desire to learn more about commercial and industrial projects.
