This role works across Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Information Technology, Marketing, and other business functions to create visibility, remove blockers, and strengthen accountability. Position Summary The Procurement Project Manager owns the integrated project tracker and reporting cadence for priority remediation and improvement plans. This is a hands-on role for a senior project manager who can work independently, ask the right questions, challenge delays professionally, and present findings and recommendations with clear supporting rationale. Drive a disciplined weekly follow-up cadence, challenge delays, identify blockers early, and coordinate cross-functional support to keep projects moving. Prepare concise leadership updates, dashboards, summaries, and action logs that clearly communicate status, overdue actions, risks, decisions, and recommended next steps. Escalate unresolved blockers, delayed actions, and ownership gaps with clear facts, business impact, urgency, and practical recommendations. Partner with process and control owners to validate action status, supporting evidence, dependencies, and readiness for closure. Support audit and compliance readiness by maintaining accurate documentation, progress history, control evidence, and closure records. Facilitate working sessions and alignment meetings across Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholder groups. Translate business needs into process improvements, dashboards, system requirements, and implementation plans. Identify recurring control gaps, process issues, and risks requiring leadership attention or longer-term improvement. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred. Seven or more years of experience in project management, procurement, controls, audit remediation, governance, compliance, or business process improvement. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional project plans, trackers, action logs, status reporting, and executive-level updates. Experience driving audit, control, remediation, compliance, or governance action plans through completion, including exposure to SOX controls and risk mitigation. Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier onboarding, contracting, purchasing, approvals, compliance, and supplier management. Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the ability to analyze information and present clear, actionable findings. Strong leadership, facilitation, change-management, and influencing skills, with the confidence to create accountability without direct authority. Ability to operate autonomously, manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver measurable business outcomes without close supervision. Preferred Experience Experience within a global or highly matrixed organization. Experience with Coupa, SAP, intake and orchestration systems, sourcing tools, Power BI, or other analytics platforms. Exposure to artificial intelligence, automation, workflow technologies, digital transformation, or advanced analytics. Professional certification in Project Management, Procurement, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation, Analytics, or a related discipline.
