• Following detailed process descriptions, carryout kilogram scale operations in the production and purification of organic chemicals.
• With supervision as needed, conduct non-routine preparations and process improvement studies.
• Maintain a research notebook recording experimental details and observations.
• Perform basic analytical procedures (GC, mp, density, conductivity)
• Observe good housekeeping practices. Qualifications
• BS degree in chemistry or equivalent.

Experience in the chemical processing industry is preferred.
