We are currently closing our Seed round and preparing for a massive, highly disruptive Alpha launch at NYC Pride 2026. The Role This is not a remote, async role. We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager Intern to act as the physical right-hand to our Founder, Joshua. You will be the operational bridge between the Founder's Office in NYC and our globally distributed product, engineering, and design teams. You will get a completely unfiltered, front-row seat to what it takes to build, fund, and launch a disruptive consumer tech startup from the ground up. What You Will Actually Do You will wear multiple hats, shifting from marketing execution to investor relations in a single afternoon.

Your core responsibilities include:

Founder & Global Team Ops:

Sit in on all global stand-ups and strategic meetings. You will translate big-picture vision from the Founder into actionable Jira/Notion tickets for the engineering and product teams to keep our launch sprints on track. Influencer & "Guerilla"

Marketing:

We are launching highly disruptive, secretive influencer campaigns (like our upcoming "Spill" drop). You will manage creator outreach, track engagement metrics, coordinate onboarding, and ensure our marketing partners hit their synchronized drop times.

Investor Relations Support:

Accompany the Founder to VC and angel investor pitches. You will prep the decks, take meticulous meeting notes, and manage the follow-up data pipelines to help us close out our $400k Seed round. Event & B2

B Coordination:

Physically assist with the logistics of our NYC Pride 2026 Alpha launch. This includes scouting local queer-owned cafes for partnerships, managing event logistics, and ensuring our physical presence matches our digital aesthetic. The "Whatever It Takes"

Protocol:

Startup life is chaotic. You might be testing QA builds of the app one day and researching competitor term sheets the next. Who You Are You are deeply organized. You live in spreadsheets, Kanban boards, and calendars. You don't let details slip through the cracks. You have high EQ and grit. You can comfortably speak to a 1M+ follower influencer on TikTok, and then pivot to taking notes in a room full of venture capitalists. You are an exceptional communicator. You know how to distill a 30-minute brainstorming session into 5 clear action items for developers. You care about the mission. You have a genuine passion for digital privacy, civic tech, and elevating the LGBTQIA+ community. You are local to NYC. This role requires physical presence, riding the subway, meeting partners, and working directly alongside the Founder.
