We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Real Estate Operations Project Manager to lead office commissioning, decommissioning, and overall portfolio management as we scale globally. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of new and transitioning office spaces—ensuring they're functional, secure, and aligned with our brand and employee experience goals. This role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with Physical Security, Workplace, IT, and Internal Comms to ensure seamless launches, smooth transitions, and ongoing operational excellence. You'll play a key role in optimizing our global real estate footprint, balancing efficiency, flexibility, and employee needs in every decision. What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
    Commissioning & Decommissioning:
    Lead office launches, closures, and transitions end-to-end—from early planning through execution
      Project Management:
      Oversee real estate initiatives including buildouts, moves, and renovations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
        Budgeting & Cost Control:
        Develop project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality
          Architectural Design Oversight:
          Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external architects to develop and review workplace design concepts and architectural plans that reflect company culture, brand, and functionality
            Construction Schedule Development:
            Create and manage detailed project timelines to track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery
              Cross-Functional Partnership:
              Collaborate with Physical Security, IT, Workplace, and Internal Comms to coordinate seamless execution across departments
                Vendor & Budget Oversight:
                Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery
                  Gap Analysis & Solutions:
                  Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable, hands-on solutions to improve how we manage offices company-wide
                    Ad Hoc Execution:
                    Lead high-impact, ad hoc projects with precision and accountability, delivering consistent, high-quality results
                      Process Development:
                      Build and refine internal tools, templates, and processes that boost efficiency and standardization
                        Data-Driven Decision Making:
                        Use metrics and analysis to inform planning, develop standards, and drive ongoing improvement
                          Sustainability Initiatives:
                          Design and implement sustainability programs that align with company values and local compliance requirements
                            Adapt & Respond:
                            Stay agile in a fast-paced environment—quickly pivoting strategies based on evolving priorities and leadership input
                            About You:
                            • 5+ years of experience in real estate operations, workplace, or facilities project management Demonstrated success leading office openings, moves, and decommissions across a distributed portfolio
                            • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working across security, IT, HR, and workplace teams
                            • Exceptional project management and vendor coordination skills with a sharp eye for detail
                            • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and translate it into operational improvements
                            • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes full ownership of initiatives
                            • Passion for building efficient, inclusive, and sustainable work environments
                            Bonus Points:
                            Proficiency with Slack and Google GSuite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus, helping you streamline communication and project management across the board. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office
