Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Property Manager / P&C Insurance Office Manager to support rental-property operations and the daily administration of a busy property-and-casualty insurance office. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with tenants, vendors, clients, and insurance carriers; managing multiple priorities; maintaining accurate records; and providing professional, responsive service. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and prospective tenants. Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, property access, unit turnovers, and vendor scheduling. Maintain leases, tenant correspondence, maintenance records, vendor information, invoices, and property files. Assist with rent tracking, lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, available-unit marketing, and showings. Obtain vendor estimates, coordinate approved work, and follow up to ensure repairs are completed. Support insurance-office operations by answering phones and emails, maintaining client files, and coordinating appointments. Assist with policy paperwork, renewal follow-up, billing questions, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and other administrative tasks, as permitted by licensing requirements. Track outstanding documents and service requests; communicate follow-up needs to clients, carriers, and agency staff. Maintain office supplies, filing systems, workflow checklists, and general office organization. Handle all tenant, client, financial, and business information confidentially. Qualifications Experience in property management, real estate, insurance, office administration, or customer service preferred. Property-and-casualty insurance experience or an active P&C license is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PDF tools, and online systems. Able to work independently, prioritize time-sensitive tasks, and interact professionally with clients, tenants, and vendors. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for occasional property visits.
Position Details Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week.
