Job Description Brake Press Set-Up Operator — 1st & 2nd Shift (Up to $29/hr) Germantown area Summary Set up and operate a brake press on light-gauge materials to blueprint specs. Key Responsibilities Set up tooling, back gauges, and programming offsets. Read/interpret blueprints; hold tight tolerances. Perform first-article/in-process inspections and adjust as needed. Maintain equipment, 5S, and safety compliance. Document production and report issues. Qualifications 5+ years brake press set-up and operation (light-gauge sheet metal). Strong blueprint reading; proficient with calipers/mics/protractors. Basic CNC press brake programming/offsets preferred. Able to lift 40-50 lbs; stand for full shift.
