Residential House Manager - Male Facility 4 2 Restore, LLC Windsor Mill, MD Job Details Part-time | Full-time $1,200 a month 20 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Passenger vehicle Assisting with ADLs Driver's License Bachelor's degree Human Services Social Work Full Job Description Male Residential House Manager Full-Time, Part-Time | $500 Hiring Bonus | Split Shift 4 2 Restore LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Male Live-In Residential House Manager to supervise and support male residents in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise residents and ensure their safety and well-being. Assist with daily living skills (ADLs), including hygiene, meals, laundry, and housekeeping. Transport residents to counseling, medical appointments, and community activities. Ensure residents follow established schedules and program requirements. Plan and supervise recreational and social activities. Support residents in achieving individualized treatment goals. Monitor and document medication compliance. Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations. Complete progress notes, assessments, reports, and other required documentation. Maintain a clean, respectful, and therapeutic residential environment. Qualifications Associate degree (Human Services preferred) with 2 years of direct-care experience; OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain certification.
