• Position Overview This dual-role position combines front-line customer support with back-end buying and procurement assistance. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and sales team while supporting the buying team with product sourcing, quoting, and vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently Resolve issues related to shipping, inventory, and product availability Maintain strong relationships with clients and sales staff through proactive communication Positive attitude Independent work and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Assistant Buying Support:

Assist in placing and tracking purchase orders Communicate with vendors on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles within a supply chain environment is preferred.

• Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service and procurement (distribution industry preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory systems experience a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
