Please submit your resume for immediate consideration - Hayley Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Manufacturing Laborer/Deburrer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process by performing deburring, finishing, and assembly tasks on various machined components. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in manufacturing operations, machine handling, and quality control within a dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities Perform deburring and finishing operations on machined parts using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Operate various manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, press brake machines, stamping presses, and CNC lathes under supervision. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Handle materials safely and efficiently, utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed. Conduct quality inspections using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), shop math, and dimensional measurements to verify parts meet specifications. Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting of industrial equipment. Support assembly line operations by organizing materials and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and following proper safety protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality. Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical blueprint reading, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with CNC programming, CAM programming, CNC milling machines, CNC programming software, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design). Experience with shop math, precision measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers), and dimensional inspection techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, tooling equipment, and industrial machinery safely and efficiently. Understanding of safety standards in production environments and proper use of personal protective equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Experience with factory or manufacturing facility operations including materials handling and packaging. Good communication skills for collaborating with team members across different shifts. Ability to interpret technical drawings, production documents, and technical specifications confidently. Willingness to learn new skills related to CNC machining, machining processes such as CNC lathe work or CNC milling. Basic shop math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations during fabrication.
