Angel Care In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team! This key role manages all scheduling and recruitment functions to ensure our clients receive the highest quality care from the most qualified caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate client and caregiver schedules Schedule caregivers for both new and existing clients, including subcontract and long-term care insurance clients Actively recruit, screen, and onboard new caregivers Track and manage timesheets, orientation, and personnel documentation Enter and maintain accurate employee and client records Collaborate with clients and families to provide the best possible care solutions Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently and maintain backup coverage plans Document all scheduling procedures and maintain thorough records Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Monitor EVV/timekeeping issues Handle call-offs and find shift coverage Maintain accurate scheduling and staffing documentation

Qualifications:

Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in scheduling systems and office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and manage shifting priorities Must be registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide (or be willing to register - we can assist!) Current TB test or chest X-ray results CPR and First Aid certification Willingness to be on-call as needed Why Join Angel Care?
