As an LTL Dock Operations Associate, you'll put your hands-on know‑how to work—loading and unloading, sorting, and keeping the floor safe and organized so every shipment gets where it needs to go. A Day in the Life Roll open trailer doors and carefully load/unload LTL freight from trucks and containers. Sort and stage packages for efficient processing and outbound dispatch. Inspect equipment routinely; report any issues before they become delays. Keep the dock clean and safe by following established safety protocols. Team up with coworkers to hit daily operational targets. Train, learn, and apply company policies and standard work. Jump in to help other departments when needed to maintain smooth operations. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in warehouse/general labor a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks throughout your shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility for various shifts , including evenings and weekends. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
