About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Chino, California. This dynamic role bridges the gap between our office, warehouse, and our valued customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who takes pride in their work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to learn our daily operations through hands-on training and supervision.
Key Responsibilities Client & Customer Care:
Provide exceptional service to clients and customers, handling inquiries professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
Operational Coordination:
Act as a vital liaison between the office and the warehouse to ensure smooth daily operations and order fulfillment.
Trade Shows & Travel:
Represent the employer at industry trade shows and travel as required to support business development and brand presence.
Continuous Learning:
Engage in close training and supervision, actively applying feedback to master daily operational workflows.
Ownership & Accountability:
Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality completion and taking ownership of your own work.
Efficient Communication:
Maintain clear, concise, and efficient communication with internal team members, warehouse staff, and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Prior experience in both sales and a professional office setting is required.
Technical Proficiency:
Professional-level fluency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professionalism:
Fluent and comfortable navigating a fast-paced corporate office environment.
Travel:
Must be willing and able to travel for trade shows and other business needs.
Mindset:
Highly coachable, ready to accept close supervision during the onboarding and daily operations phases, and driven by a strong sense of personal responsibility.
