Who We Are:

Space Kinetic is a cleared, venture-backed startup focused on addressing urgent national security priorities. Our goal is to deliver a suite of asymmetric capabilities for space superiority and missile defense leveraging our proprietary electromechanical deployment system, which enables the rapid deployment of low-cost payloads through space without firing a thruster. Space Kinetic is currently assembling its TRL-5 prototype. Our goal is to leverage this platform to provide the United States with a new tool for securing the space domain & catalyzing the emerging space economy.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily facility organization, maintenance follow-up, inventory support, and general operational tasks at our El Segundo location. This role helps maintain an organized work environment, supports material handling, and assists with day-to-day operational needs across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Help maintain organization and cleanliness across operational areas Support organization and upkeep of the tool crib Track basic inventory and assist with material organization Help receive and organize deliveries and supplies Support maintenance follow-up and basic facility needs Assist with stocking, labeling, and organizing tools and materials Work closely with inventory control on material placement and tracking Help maintain clean and organized storage areas Support general operational tasks as needed across the facility

What It Takes:

High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in facility support, warehouse support, operations, or similar environment preferred Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment Able to lift and move materials as needed Reliability and follow-through Basic spreadsheet or inventory tracking familiarity is a plus Comfortable supporting multiple operational tasks Our vision is unique, and so is the team we're building. Compensation:

$28.00/hourly

Where You'll Be:

The position is an onsite role at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA. Domestic travel may be required (up to ~20% of the year).

Pay Range $26 - $28 USD
