People Operations Coordinator - Biotech & Life SciencesA growing life sciences organization is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join its HR team and become a key point of contact for employees throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of HR, administration, organization, and employee support. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and follow-through are extremely important.
What You'll Be DoingCoordinate onboarding activities for new employeesPrepare new-hire paperwork and maintain personnel recordsSchedule orientations, training sessions, and employee meetingsAssist with HRIS updates and employee data changesCoordinate background checks, I-9 documentation, and employment verificationSupport benefits enrollment and employee questionsTrack employee changes, transfers, leaves, and terminationsAssist with HR reporting and workforce dataMaintain confidential employee files and documentationPartner with recruiting teams on interview scheduling and candidate communicationHelp coordinate employee engagement activitiesAssist with internal HR communications and policy updatesSupport HR leadership with special projects and process improvements
