Creative Support is a private, non-profit agency providing a variety of services, instruction, and support to adults with developmental disabilities to help them live as independently as possible, in homes and communities of their choice. We match our staff with participants to create a great work experience, and we offer comprehensive training and support. Summary Provides office, administrative, and accounting support to the management team to facilitate smooth overall operations. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Review accuracy of attendance records and payroll information for payroll processing Accounts Payable (review and process vendors' invoices) Prepare and follow up on participant job costings and authorizations Data input Assist staff with IT issues Office maintenance (clean & organize office areas, maintain supplies, etc.) Other administrative duties Eligibility Qualifications High school diploma orGED, BA/BS
