In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules and ensuring customer orders stay on track for timely completion and delivery by working closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Shipping teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, materials, capacity, and delivery requirements Monitor work orders, WIP, materials, inventory, and production progress throughout the day Identify and address potential shortages, delays, capacity constraints, and scheduling issues proactively Coordinate with Production and Purchasing to establish priorities and resolve material and production issues Maintain accurate planning information in the ERP/MRP system Analyze production, inventory, lead-time, and capacity data to improve scheduling and on-time delivery performance Communicate schedule changes, risks, and priorities clearly across all departments Work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment where priorities and schedules can change

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, production control, materials planning, or a related manufacturing role preferred Experience with an ERP/MRP system required; Sage/MAS 100 experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of MRP, BOMs, routings, work orders, inventory, and capacity planning Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with production and inventory data Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate issues, and collaborate effectively across departments Manufacturing environment experience preferred Comfortable working in a primarily office-based role with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor

$30.00
