SCA Health & Wellness SUMMARY:
Raven is currently searching for a Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) Scheduler to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, CA. This position will be responsible for ensuring schedule adherence, scheduling records, and following the provided DLIFLC testing regulation protocols with the full capacity to schedule up to 8,000 examinees through one year after training. To successfully fill this position, you must have high attention to detail, currently possess computer skills, and have the ability to pass a DoD background check and obtain a security clearance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Serve as a test scheduler in the control, preparation, and development of high-stakes foreign language test schedules for resident and non-resident service members and employees of selected U.S. government agencies Coordinate with testing personnel, DLI division field TCOs, and language testing contractors to ensure logistics are in place for testing Prepare and submit administrative reports, documents, and updates to management and staff Forecast testing requirements by monitoring all future class schedules to ensure adequate space and personnel are available to administer the required tests within the mandated timelines Utilize automated systems to provide administrative support duties such as formatting documents Advise requestors on the availability of different language tests and testing criteria Schedulers also may be required to assist in OPI Facilitation as needed Schedulers can assist with Test Administration at the request of the Government In addition to any other requirements set forth by the Program Manager and Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to pass a DoD background check and obtain a security clearance Must have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills Must have excellent attention to detail Possess at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent Prior experience with military language testing programs is a huge plus Understanding and experience with military terminology, office procedures, and language is preferred Computer Applications Experience such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are required Must pass all specialized training and obtain a Defense Foreign Language Test Certification Here's your chance to join a small but growing team of dedicated technical experts actively engaged in our nation's security. by submitting your resume to .
