With a global network of 21 warehouses, including multiple facilities in key locations, Lecangs supports over 2500 eCommerce businesses by providing efficient storage, distribution, and supply chain solutions. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Data & Operations Assistant (Part-time) to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support human resources functions through data management, operational coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a passion for HR processes that enhance workforce management and employee experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR Department.
- Review, reconcile, and maintain HR-related invoices, workforce records, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with external labor contractors regarding workforce information, attendance records, billing, and related documentation.
- Collect, organize, and analyze personnel data to ensure the accuracy of operational reports and business records.
- Assist with document management, record keeping, scheduling, and other daily office administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel and operational records.
- Support special projects and perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other common functions.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external labor contractors.
- Previous experience or internship in HR Operations, Business Operations, Administration, Payroll, or Data Analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work three days per week consistently.
