Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft programs. Ability to think analytically and manage complex scheduling for patient pick-ups and return trips.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and taking transportation requests Coordinating schedules efficiently Creating basic office documents and memos Candidate must be a team player, able to work toward common goals, and meet the demands of the position.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts

Training:

Willing to train the right candidate with basic skills
