Because we're a small organization, everyone contributes to our success, supports one another, and has opportunities to learn different aspects of the business. We're looking for an organized, dependable Operations Assistant who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. This position plays an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. While the primary responsibilities are administrative and operational, the successful candidate will also be trained as a Member Service Representative to provide coverage as needed, including participation in our rotating Saturday schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and other administrative tasks Order office and operational supplies Coordinate with vendors for building maintenance, equipment service, and repairs Prepare and assist with various operational and compliance reports Maintain records and support day-to-day office operations Assist management with special projects and administrative assignments Cross-train as a Member Service Representative to provide backup coverage Participate in the rotating Saturday schedule serving members at the teller line Perform other duties that support the overall success of the credit union
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is highly organized and detail-oriented Enjoys balancing a variety of responsibilities Has strong customer service and communication skills Is comfortable learning new systems and procedures Can work independently while also being a collaborative team member Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed Has previous administrative, banking, financial services, or office experience (preferred but not required)
