Job Description:

Swimming Pool Construction Scheduler will oversee and coordinate all scheduling activities for our pool construction projects. You'll work closely with project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to keep every build running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules for multiple pool projects. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely task completion. Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays. Communicate schedule updates and changes to project managers and clients. Track milestones, inspections, and material deliveries. Maintain documentation of all schedule-related communications and updates.

Qualifications:

Experience in construction scheduling, coordination, or project management (pool or residential construction preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of construction processes and permitting is a plus. Experience preferred but not necessary.
