The successful applicant will play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly by handling daily operations and administrative duties. Duties Manage and market available inventory using project specific strategies Conduct onboarding of new clients Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and confidential information Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Word & Excel Coordinate engagement activities to foster a welcoming atmosphere Support management activities including calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination Assist with client communication by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, maintaining positive relationships Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects with precision Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with strong computer literacy skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to support client interactions professionally Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise while contributing to a thriving organization.
