00/hour Top Ag Cooperative is a farmer-owned agricultural cooperative serving southern Illinois growers with grain and agronomy operations across the region. We're looking for a hands-on, safety-minded Grain Operations Assistant to join our Okawville team.

What You'll Do:

Support grain inventory, handling, and quality/conditioning Load and unload trucks and railcars, and operate grain handling equipment Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept work environment Help monitor grain quality and flag any equipment or safety concerns

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience with truck/railcar loading, skid loaders, Bobcats, or forklifts is a plus (not required) Willingness to work seasonal hours, weekends, and overtime as needed Why Top Ag?
