Responsibilities Operate sawmill equipment, including band saws and other woodworking machines, ensuring precise cuts and optimal performance Handle wood materials safely using material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand tools Keep facility and workspace clean and clear of excess lumber and debris Follow safety standards and protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members Skills Proficiency in operating woodworking machines and power tools with attention to safety standards in production environments Mechanical knowledge related to machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material specifications accurately Construction or carpentry experience is advantageous; warehouse experience also beneficial but not required Join us in creating quality wood products through teamwork!
