Boston Baler & Hydraulics Inc has an opening for a

PART TIME

Dispatcher/scheduler (flexible schedule). We are a baler and compactor equipment repair business. We are looking for an experienced and qualified person to help with our business office operations, including answering phones, talking with customers and the problems they're experiencing and being able to communicate that, and creating the job in our job tracking software. Scheduling appointments for our technicians at our customer's location, preparing customer estimates, customer service and have computer experience in order to use various customers software portals.

High school diploma or equivalent. Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills. Able to read, write, speak, and understand basic English. Must be able to work independently without supervision.
