Job Description

Overview This position manages supply ordering, inventory levels, and materials coordination for tissue recovery, processing, cryopreservation, and distribution operations. Responsibilities include vendor and recovery partner communication, documentation, reporting, data entry, and supporting timely material flow to production. The role also assists with inventory cycle counts and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Responsibilities Orders tissue recovery supplies for all recovery sites Manages recovery partner materials management communication, including sourcing
COC / COA
per product Reports all backorder and product recall notifications from vendors to Production and General Manager Orders all tissue processing, cryopreservation, and tissue distribution supplies through Supply Manager and D365 Maintains raw materials par levels for processing, cryopreservation, and tissue distribution environments Ensures timely throughput of RFA materials through internal product receipt, quality inspection, and delivery to production facility Tracks and generates recovery partner and internal supply invoice reports monthly for Production General Manager review Daily transmission of Tissue Recovery Report to RFA Finance Assistant or Finance designee Daily data entry of tissue recovery reports and uploads tissue processing photos to shared drive Assists Production Manager with monthly cycle counts of quarantine and finished good freezers Adheres to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Treats others with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect always. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Microsoft computer skills needed Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply management, inventory control and supply chain. Microsoft D365, Google Docs, Excel, PowerBi, Digi-Trax Effective Time Management, Self-Motivated, Organized, Effective Communicator, Problem Solver Frequent lifting of supplies/materials up to 50lbs. Strong sense of time organization and urgency Able to work independently and within a team
Compensation:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
