As a Home Care Scheduler, you will play an essential role in connecting caregivers with clients and helping keep our home care services running smoothly.

YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE SCHEDULER

As a Full-Time Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients and caregivers.

Your day may include:

Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs Creating and maintaining accurate caregiver schedules Communicating with caregivers, clients, and office staff Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needs Assisting with finding coverage for open shifts Ensuring client services are staffed appropriately Maintaining accurate documentation and scheduling records Working closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations Building positive relationships with caregivers and clients Helping solve scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment Every day is different, and your ability to stay organized, think quickly, and communicate effectively will make a direct impact on the quality of care our clients receive.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

To succeed as a Home Care Scheduler, you should be highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Experience with scheduling or home care is preferred Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus Basic computer and administrative skills Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, staffing, or customer service is preferred, but we are looking for the right person with the motivation and skills to succeed.
