Join Our Team at Terpsichore Dance Center Terpsichore Dance Center is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Studio Operations Coordinator to become an important part of our team. For over 50 years, we've been committed to providing an exceptional dance experience for children and families throughout Berkshire County, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Welcome and assist families with professionalism and kindness Manage emails, phone calls, registrations, scheduling, and student accounts Communicate important information with families and staff Organize office systems and maintain accurate records Assist with social media and studio communications Support studio events and help ensure daily operations run smoothly Handle confidential information with professionalism
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly, positive, and professional Highly organized with strong attention to detail An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Committed to maintaining confidentiality and representing our studio with professionalism Position Details Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week)
Monday-Thursday:
3:00 PM - 8:00
PM Saturdays:
8:30 AM - 2:00 PM $20-24/hour , based on experience If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team that makes a difference in children's lives, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
