You move between stations to help keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. When materials arrive, you jump in to load and unload. When a trades team needs an extra set of hands, youre theresteady, reliable, and ready to learn. What Youll Do Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products to keep workflow moving.
Handle routine facility upkeep:
general cleaning, tidying, and basic maintenance to maintain a safe, orderly space. Support skilled trades professionals with varied tasks as assigned. Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines at every step. Use basic hand and power tools confidently and responsibly. Join team discussions and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. Finish assigned tasks on schedule with consistent, high-quality effort. What Helps You Succeed High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in physically demanding work is a plus, not a requirement. Comfort lifting heavy items and performing manual tasks throughout the day. Keen attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Clear communication skills and strong teamwork mindset. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, methods, and tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic.
