Job Description

Orafol Automotive Graphics is a preferred Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to some of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. We specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality automotive graphics and functional films. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Scheduler to join our team. Position Summary The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting Tier 1 automotive release schedules and managing customer-driven production requirements. In this role, you will gain a strong understanding of our manufacturing processes while coordinating shipments, managing production schedules, and interacting with customer web-based systems. Success in this position requires excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze automotive release schedules Update existing part orders and create new customer orders Monitor inventory levels and coordinate production schedules as needed Schedule shipments of finished goods based on customer release requirements Utilize customer portals including: Ford DDL Stellantis e

Supplier GM Collaboration Tool Additional customer web-based systems Maintain ERP systems and related databases on a daily basis Communicate effectively with customers and internal Sales and Manufacturing teams regarding orders, scheduling, and delivery changes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively coordinate between customers and manufacturing departments Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and database applications Experience using Ford and General Motors customer portals preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
