Position:

Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:

Provide professional, friendly customer service to clients, caregivers, and team members. Fully staff schedules at least 2 weeks out. Communicate shift details to clients and caregivers effectively. Coordinate and manage caregivers' schedules, including time-off requests, schedule changes, and new hours. Oversee the recruiting process for new caregivers, ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Complete necessary hiring steps including background checks, reference checks, and document collection. Coordinate and facilitate employee orientations and training sessions. Maintain accurate records and databases in compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Work Schedule:

Location:

on-site at our Eagan office Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one hour for lunch Overnight on-call emergency phone coverage 2x week

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous caregiving experience is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with scheduling software, EMR systems, and general computer proficiency preferred. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Valid driver's license required.

Experience:

Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes is essential. At least two years of experience in the home care field is preferred. Caregiving experience is required.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
