With many offices across multiple states we take pride in the home healthcare service we provide to our tens of thousands of senior clients across North America and to the employees that service those clients in their homes. Job Summary We are currently looking for a full-time Scheduling coordinator to join our fast-growing NJ team. The Scheduling coordinator will work closely with the Branch Administrator to ensure the coordination and scheduling of caregivers for all client shifts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and follow up skills, superior interpersonal skills, be a masterful communicator and a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appropriate caregiving services by matching clients and caregivers with input from the outreach and clinical teams Provide customer service to both clients and employees Actively participates in recruiting, screening and hiring caregiving staff Assists applicants with the application and hiring process Supports the maintenance of personnel files in compliance with agency policy and state regulations Conducts orientation of new para-professional staff Assists in obtaining satisfaction surveys from clients and employees As a member of the team, participates in team meetings, shares feedback and proactively efforts to improve processesPreferred Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced scheduling capacity Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare related field Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal benefits This Job Is Ideal forSomeone Who Is:

$50,000.00- $55,000.
