This part-time role provides essential support for office operations and key initiatives, helping ensure our work runs smoothly and our mission reaches the patients who need it most. Ethical conduct guides our decisions, with integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to others at the center of everything we do. Key Responsibilities Treatment Support Kit (TSK) Initiative
- Assist with production, shipping, and inventory management of kits and raw materials
- Uphold cGMP standards during kit production and in the organization of workspaces
- Partner with operational leads to improve and streamline kit production, shipping, and inventory processes Office & Administrative Support
- Help maintain a clean, organized office and production environment
- Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Qualifications Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Commitment to accuracy and quality Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, finance, or a related field
- Experience with assembly or production processes
- Background in project management, financial reporting, or operational workflows
- PMP certification or advanced degree in a related discipline
- Prior experience supporting cross-functional teams in nonprofit or healthcare settings
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Hours & Location Part-time position onsite in Cazenovia, NY.
