Outbound Member Scheduler Specialist Location:
Greenwood Village, CO VuePoint Diagnostics is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Outbound Member Scheduler Specialist . In this role, you will confidently utilize assumptive selling techniques to schedule member appointments for in-home screening exams, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational success. As a key liaison between VuePoint Diagnostics and our members, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless scheduling experience that reflects our commitment to quality care and service. The Member Scheduler Specialist reports to the Health Screening Contact Center Manager .Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively Schedule Appointments:
Use an assumptive selling approach to efficiently schedule in-home screening exams while overcoming objections and guiding members toward commitment.Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:
Handle member inquiries promptly and professionally, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide solutions to any concerns with empathy and clarity.Verify Patient Information:
Collect and confirm accurate member details to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.Document and Comply:
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality while accurately completing all scheduling-related documentation. Collaborate with theTeam:
Partner with other team members and field technicians to meet customer needs and maximize efficiency.Promote Policies and Standards:
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism by adhering to all VuePoint Diagnostics policies and procedures.Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required. Minimum 1+ year of outbound call center experience required. Background in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven ability to confidently influence and guide conversations using assumptive selling techniques. Strong phone-based communication skills, both oral and written. Critical thinking skills to resolve scheduling challenges or member concerns effectively. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Typing speed of 40 wpm required. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Ability to maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Must perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving software. The Contact Center is open from 7 AM to 6 PM. Shifts vary and are assigned based on the needs of the company and clients.What We Offer:
