Job Description
Description We are seeking a Part-Time Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations, administrative functions, meeting coordination, and internal communications. This role will work closely with leadership and staff to help keep projects, meetings, and office operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, and enjoys supporting a collaborative nonprofit environment. Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
+ Manage office supply inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
+ Support meeting and event logistics, including scheduling, materials, note-taking, and follow-up.
+ Assist with internal communications and staff engagement efforts.
+ Maintain records, documentation, and organizational files.
+ Coordinate with external partners, service providers, and IT vendors.
+ Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as needed. Requirements Requirements + 2+ years of administrative, operations, office management, executive support, or coordination experience.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
+ Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Asana and/or Salesforce.
+ Experience in a nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organization.
+ Experience coordinating meetings, events, vendors, or office operations. Schedule
+ Approximately 20 hours per week.
+ Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in Oakland.
+ Flexible hours, with a preference for morning availability.
